Momentary Panic

Every clock is easy to change around here. (However, the oven clock will not release itself from “demo mode” – whatever that is.) There is one clock I forgot to change yesterday. The one in the garage as I enter it.

I had an early morning service to attend so I was returning home around 8:45 today. I thought I had two hours to eat breakfast, change clothes and get ready for my next duty when I looked at that timepiece and panicked. I had to get moving and quit dawdling! I ran in the house and threw my stuff down, glancing at that oven with its annoying message. Ah. Relax.

Now have I taken the time to change that one little nuisance in the garage? No. Apparently I prefer to have a few more moments of panic. A little danger in the day.
