What a wonderful weekend this will be. The last one for political ads! They do curb one’s viewing pleasure so that could be a positive spin?
If you were raised with siblings, remember the learning curve which Halloween presented, the other cause for joy this weekend? Bartering candies, trading, cajoling, conniving with your younger mates, bribing, stealing…such laudable and valuable skills. Possibly many politicians excelled in this annual tradition?
Of course as a parent of young costumed participants it was totally ethical to remove the treats you preferred. Just a hold-over from those early learning curve days, I suppose.
It looks to be a delightful temperate weekend weather-wise, a parent’s dream come true.
